Cloud Consultancy Expert Thinking had aggressive growth targets to double in size by the end of 2024. Due to the cost associated with contingent or retained recruitment, they were considering hiring an internal recruiter instead. However, they quickly realised an internal recruitment function wouldn’t have the same resources as an external agency in terms of network and specialist market knowledge. So, we proposed an 18-month RPO solution in which they’d have access to two full-time senior consultants and a director. Expert Thinking are now on track to hit their growth goals by the end of 2024, and are actively using the RPO solution as a selling point to win new business, as it allows them to scale in line with their client’s demands.
