Regulatory Reporting Analyst – Vice President

We’re looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst (VP level) to take ownership of the timely and accurate submission of key U.S. regulatory reports for a foreign banking organization.

We’re looking for an experienced Regulatory Reporting Analyst (VP level) to take ownership of the timely and accurate submission of key U.S. regulatory reports for a foreign banking organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of U.S. regulatory filings including FR Y-15, FR 2052a, and FFIEC 002
- Review and challenge regulatory reports prior to filing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Prepare U.S. GAAP adjustments and maintain strong documentation standards
- Respond to regulatory inquiries and internal audit requests
- Partner with stakeholders to enhance reporting processes, controls, and technology solutions
- Assess new products and business initiatives for regulatory reporting impact
- 6–10 years of experience in U.S. regulatory reporting within banking or financial services
- Strong working knowledge of FR Y-15 & AXIOM
- Solid accounting background (Bachelor’s degree required)
- CPA and/or Master’s degree preferred
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
