AI Lead – Compliance Transformation (VP Level) 📍 London (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
A growing global financial services organisation is seeking an AI Lead – Compliance Transformation to drive the adoption of AI across its Compliance function.
This is a unique opportunity to play a leading role in transforming how Compliance operates, using AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve efficiency, scalability, and regulatory outcomes.
The Opportunity As the AI Lead, you will identify opportunities to optimise Compliance processes and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance surveillance, monitoring, reporting, and workflow management.
Working closely with Compliance, Technology, and Data teams, you will help shape the future operating model of a technology-enabled Compliance function.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Assess existing Compliance processes and identify automation opportunities
✅ Design and implement AI-powered solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows
✅ Improve surveillance, monitoring, reporting, and case management processes
✅ Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver scalable solutions
✅ Enhance data utilisation, analytics, and management information
✅ Ensure AI initiatives align with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements

- Experience delivering AI, automation, or transformation initiatives
- Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, analytics, or workflow automation
- Strong business analysis and/or data analysis capabilities
- Ability to translate business challenges into practical technology solutions
- Experience within Compliance, Risk, Financial Services, or another regulated environment is advantageous
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- High-impact role with significant visibility across the business
