- Location: Brussels (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
- Languages: English + French or Dutch
- Start: ASAP
- Rate: Competitive, negotiable
- Define and implement the Test Data Management strategy
- Ensure availability of secure, compliant, high-quality test data
- Align test data, test strategy, and project objectives
- Manage the end-to-end testing lifecycle
- Oversee test execution, risks, and quality reporting
- Drive continuous improvement in testing and data practices
- Strong Test Management experience in complex IT environments
- Proven Test Data Management expertise (masking, anonymisation, subsetting)
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools
- Solid SDLC and QA methodology knowledge
- SQL and test automation exposure (Selenium / Robot Framework)
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban)
- ISTQB certification
- Energy or infrastructure domain exposure
