Sales Support Executive
Fully remote from UK!
Salary: up to £45k basic + bonus and more….
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful remote-first consulting firm. Travel to our offices and/or customers’ locations occasionally may be required.
  • Work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Support the management of a portfolio of customers to achieve long-term success.
  • Act as the sales point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs, working with the team to provide solutions.
  • Support the sales process (e.g. meeting coordination, preparing and managing paperwork incl. proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), etc.
  • Support the generation of new business
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Strong interest in technology, understand cloud computing concepts and its value, benefits, risks and challenges to today’s organisations.
  • Establish a good understanding of our services and solutions and be able to speak knowledgeably.
  • Have experience of the sales process, from identifying prospects, creating opportunity and filling the funnel to negotiating and closing.
  • Research and identify new prospects and/or new ways of reaching our target audience, be full of ideas, understand the role of digital marketing in building brand awareness.
  • Identify the appropriate contact(s) in target organisations, foster and develop relationships, building trust and confidence in our ability to deliver.
  • Plan to successfully meet individual and team goals
  • An excellent communicator, demonstrate at all times exceptional communication skills.
  • Resilient, positive, self-directed, self-motivated and able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision; comfortable working autonomously, to targets and deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to work effectively under pressure.
