I am currently partnering with a leading FinTech/Crypto organization that is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to join their expanding team in Paris.
This is an excellent opportunity, with direct reporting lines to the European Head of Audit! You will have the chance to grow within the digital asset space while developing and executing the internal audit plan.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement audit strategies to address key risks across the French business, evaluating the effectiveness of key controls.
- Build and maintain the audit plan for businesses within the French region.
- Recommend improvements based on identified weaknesses and insights from industry and regulatory expectations.
- Take ownership of end-to-end audit delivery.
- Lead and support team members.
- Extensive experience in Internal Audit or Financial Risk.
- EU regulatory experience, ideally with French regulators.
- A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment and within a small team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
