My global Financial Services client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Solutions Architect to join their growing team in London!
Responsibilities:
- You'll lead, direct and shape approaches to solving technical challenges and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Display broad and deep technical experience with a passion for engineering excellence.
- Work in a highly collaborative way to drive efforts to create, build, support and improve our software working closely with the product and engineering teams with lots of exciting new challenges.
Requirements:
- Strong experience of solution design, security & resilience patterns.
- Experience with microservices, containerisation, cloud native and event-driven design concepts.
- Understanding of API standards, security and gateway patterns.
- Strong understanding of data technologies – SQL/NoSQL, Big Data.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, in particular GCP.
- Monolith to microservice patterns.
- Strong experience & knowledge of JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
- Experience with Python and Big Data technologies including ML (desirable)
