Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership across multiple countries
- Define and govern enterprise and solution architectures aligned with business strategy
- Act as a key technical advisor to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across ASM enterprise solutions
- Collaborate closely with business, delivery, and technology teams in a complex enterprise landscape
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior / Enterprise Solution Architect
- Strong knowledge of ArchiMate
- Solid background in Java-based architectures
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional and multi-country teams
- Experience within Banking or Financial Services (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to domains such as onboarding, mobility, ticketing, and customer lifecycle processes is a plus

- Dutch or French – required
- Additional languages are a plus
Working Model
- Hybrid setup with 2 days per week onsite in Brussels
