Senior Operational Auditor - Amsterdam - Hybrid working

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll lead complex audits, provide valuable insights and support continuous improvement across a business that serves millions of passengers every year.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading operational, safety and compliance audits across the organisation
• Delivering clear, practical recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Developing audit plans, conducting fieldwork and producing reports
• Monitoring the implementation of agreed actions and improvements
• Coaching and supporting the development of fellow auditors
What we’re looking for:
• 8 to 10 years’ experience in internal audit or a major accounting firm
• Fluency in Dutch (Native/C1 OR C2)
• Audit qualification such as CIA, RO or equivalent
• Experience leading complex audits independently
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Background in logistics, infrastructure or corporate environments
