What you’ll be doing:
- Advise clients on EU, UK and US sanctions compliance
- Represent clients in front of EU courts.
- Guide on risk assessments, policies and regulatory developments in M&A, disputes etc.
- Support cross-border transactions and investigations
- Engage directly with clients and regulators
- Monitor legal developments and shape internal strategy
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified lawyer with solid sanctions litigation experience in Europe
- Background in law firms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Able to manage client relationships with confidence
- Fluent in English and French/ Dutch
