A leading global financial services organization is looking for a Senior IT Auditor to join its international Group Audit function in Cologne.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct local and global IT audits across a range of business areas and locations.
- Assess IT risks, controls, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Support audit planning, including defining scope, risks, audit techniques, and data-analysis approaches.
- Take responsibility for audit fieldwork, professional judgment, documentation, and reporting.
- Present findings and help define practical remediation measures.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all management levels.
- Contribute expertise to the global audit community and ongoing professional development initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- At least four- five years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or a related field.
- Experience in the financial services sector
- Strong knowledge of IT audit methodologies, IT risks and controls, internal control frameworks, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
- CISA or CISM certification is preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder-management, project-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in German and English.
