What you'll be doing:
- Support the development of a risk-based internal audit plan aligned to business strategy
- Oversee a broad portfolio of audit activity across the organisation
- Lead complex, high-risk and cross-functional audit assignments
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to Audit Committee reporting
- Coach, develop and lead members of the internal audit team
What we're looking for:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- 7 to 10+ years' experience in internal audit, assurance or risk management
- Strong leadership, people management and project management experience
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
