We are partnering directly with a Head of Architecture to appoint a Senior Functional Business Analyst to a large-scale transformation programme in Brussels.
The programme has been running successfully for over 6 years and has already delivered significant organisational and platform transformation. The next phase requires a senior consultant who can drive further maturity, strengthen governance, and enhance the ongoing modernisation journey.
This is a high-impact role within a well-established environment where the right consultant will influence the evolution of the platform and operating model.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between Architecture and Development teams
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Strengthen functional governance and delivery standards
- Drive structure, consistency, and maturity across workstreams
- Support ongoing platform modernisation initiatives
- Challenge and optimise existing processes where appropriate
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation
Required Experience
- Strong exposure to Pega (non-negotiable)
- Experience within large scale system/application transformation programmes
- Strong business process analysis and optimisation expertise
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and business teams
Preferred Background
- Experience within Insurance or Banking / Financial Services products
- Experience working in long-running, complex enterprise environments
Profile
- Senior-level consultant able to operate with autonomy
- Structured, analytical, and delivery-focused
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and architects
- Strong communicator with the ability to drive alignment
