Responsibilities
- Exploring, preparing and analysing large, complex datasets to uncover actionable insights
- Translating business requirements into scalable data science solutions
- Building predictive models, recommendation engines and decision support tools
- Supporting personalisation initiatives across multiple customer touchpoints
- Developing and deploying AI-driven and agentic AI solutions
- Communicating findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contributing to innovation and continuous improvement across data and AI capabilities
Requirements
- Experience applying data science techniques in a commercial environment
- Hands-on experience with machine learning models and production-grade ML solutions
- Strong Python skills, with PySpark, Scala or R experience beneficial
- Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning and data analytics
- Good SQL knowledge
- A proactive, curious, and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in a Data Scientist or similar role
- Advanced English language skills
