Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Interviews: Lead discussions with business leaders to capture data governance requirements
- Governance Design: Define roles, responsibilities, and processes for sustainable data management
- Gap Assessment: Evaluate current-state governance across multiple organisational units
- Blueprint Contribution: Translate governance and organisational insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaboration: Align closely with architects and technical consultants on roadmap integration
Must-Have Experience:
- 8–12 years in data governance, business analysis, or enterprise data roles
- Proven experience defining and implementing governance models in large organisations
- Strong facilitation skills across business and IT audiences
- Excellent documentation and presentation abilities
Nice-to-Have:
- Background in telecom, finance, or other regulated sectors
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as GDPR, ISO, or similar
