Senior Cloud Architect (Azure)
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)
We are supporting a large, international manufacturing organisation with a significant global footprint and a centralised technology services function. The business is modernising its cloud landscape and continues to invest in Azure, Terraform, automation and modern tooling.
As part of the Cloud Centre of Excellence, you will help define cloud architecture, strengthen DevOps practices and contribute to the evolution of the organisation’s cloud platforms. You will work with senior stakeholders across Europe within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop cloud architecture and support the design of secure Azure-based solutions
- Maintain CI and CD capabilities and enhance infrastructure as code using Terraform
- Support cloud platform modernisation across a varied set of operating companies
- Introduce modern engineering practices and cloud security measures
- Align with technology teams across Europe to ensure consistent adoption of cloud standards
Skills and Experience
- Extensive Azure experience in a large enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python
- Experience with CI and CD tooling and version control processes
- Strong understanding of infrastructure as code and container orchestration
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders in an international organisation
- Azure certification is desirable
