About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Engineer to help design, build, and scale enterprise AI platforms and agent based solutions.

This role is focused on delivering AI systems into production, not experimentation or research. The successful candidate will have a strong software engineering background and a proven track record of designing systems, building scalable Python applications, and deploying AI-powered solutions that serve real users in production environments.

You will work on next-generation AI capabilities including agent orchestration, retrieval systems, enterprise search, and AI-driven automation that can be leveraged across multiple business functions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build production grade AI systems and agent-based applications.
• Develop scalable Python services that power AI and Generative AI capabilities.
• Architect and implement AI solutions that can support multiple enterprise use cases.
• Build and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Design agent orchestration frameworks, workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Improve platform security, governance, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex engineering challenges involving distributed systems, APIs, asynchronous processing, and large scale workloads.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help establish engineering best practices.

Required Experience

• 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python development experience in production environments.
• Experience designing and building large scale systems from the ground up.
• Proven experience deploying AI, GenAI, LLM, or agent-based applications into production.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents, agent orchestration, or advanced RAG architectures.
• Experience operating within financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, concurrency, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications with real users and production workloads.
• Ability to independently solve complex technical challenges and drive solutions from design through deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience building multi-agent systems and agent runtimes.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Experience with containerized environments such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, PostgreSQL, or other data platforms.
• Experience with OAuth, authentication, authorization, and enterprise security controls.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting applications at enterprise scale with large user populations and high-volume workloads.
