Internal Risk Senior Manager
Dublin | Consumer Goods | Hybrid working
Ready to step into a high-impact risk role with a consumer goods conglomerate? This is a chance to join the start of a team build-out in a visible management role, shaping the risk culture and processes.
You’ll work closely with finance, technology, controls, and audit teams to strengthen and improve processes and support large-scale business transformation in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Implement and maintain the risk management framework.
• Facilitate risk identification and assessment across business functions.
• Own and maintain the enterprise risk register.
• Monitor risk exposure and effectiveness of controls.
• Support risk appetite definition and track relevant metrics (KRIs).
• Coordinate incident, issue, and control management processes.
What we’re looking for:
• 7-15 years’ experience in risk management, internal audit, or compliance.
• Practical experience implementing and operating risk frameworks (e.g. ISO / COSO).
• Experience facilitating risk assessments and maintaining risk registers.
• Strong understanding of controls, mitigation strategies, and risk reporting.
• Ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across multiple business areas.
• Experience producing clear, actionable risk reports.
