My global consulting technology client is looking for a skilled Backend Engineer in Java to join their growing team on a hybrid working pattern!
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will hold a key position in the engineering team.
- Work on all aspects of product development including design, development, prototyping, writing interface specifications, implementations, fixing bugs.
- In this role, you will also have a lot of contact with customers and product management to coordinate requirements.
- Build innovative solutions that contribute to an optimal customer experience.
- Carry out complex technical assignments with clients together with your agile team.
- Act as a mentor for junior developers, guiding them through the complex material and performing standard code reviews.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in (Technical) Computer Science
- At least 3 years of experience as a developer
- Knowledge of various BE technologies and frameworks
- Work experience with Java
- Experience with Docker, Kafka, and Cloud platforms
- Experience with API frameworks
- Experience with SCRUM.
