What you'll be doing:
- Lead and deliver risk-based internal audits across retail and operational functions
- Manage audit planning, fieldwork, reporting and follow-up activities
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders while maintaining audit independence
- Coach and develop audit team members
- Support audit planning, executive reporting and risk focused business reviews
What we're looking for:
- ACA or ACCA qualified
- At least 5 years' experience in audit, assurance or risk management
- Previous people management or project leadership experience
- Strong understanding of risk-based auditing, governance and internal controls
- FMCG or professional services experience would be highly beneficial
