Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all compliance functions across the European business.
- Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and maintain regulatory policies and procedures.
- Support the business through upcoming regulatory changes and licensing initiatives.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in senior compliance roles within payments, FinTech, or crypto.
- CSSF authorisation and familiarity with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks.
- Comfortable with Conducting Officer responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end compliance processes.
- Experienced in engaging with regulators and navigating emerging frameworks such as MiCA and DORA.
