- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Extensive experience in forensic accounting, with a proven track record at the Managing Director or Partner level.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience providing expert testimony.
- A deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- A portable book of business or established relationships that can be leveraged from day one to drive new business opportunities.
- CPA, CFE, or related professional certification is highly desirable.
