Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver insightful financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Partner with operational leaders to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support pricing, margin enhancement, and profitability initiatives.
- Lead budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
- Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions, business cases, and operational improvements.
- Drive financial ownership and accountability across the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and track key business KPIs.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Previous Finance Business Partner experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or distribution environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with ERP systems and management reporting.
- A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to influence decision-making.
