We are partnering with a leading retail organisation in Belgium seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support large-scale transformation initiatives across the business.
This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on shaping enterprise-wide architecture, driving alignment between business and technology, and enabling scalable, future-ready solutions across multiple domains.

We are partnering with a leading retail organisation in Belgium seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support large-scale transformation initiatives across the business.
This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on shaping enterprise-wide architecture, driving alignment between business and technology, and enabling scalable, future-ready solutions across multiple domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision and roadmap
- Align business strategy with IT strategy, ensuring cohesive execution across domains
- Establish and govern architectural standards, principles, and best practices
- Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and solution architects
- Lead cross-functional (transversal) initiatives across digital, supply chain, and customer domains
- Provide architectural oversight on key transformation programmes
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex, enterprise environments
- Strong background within the retail sector (eCommerce, omnichannel, supply chain, or store operations)
- Experience delivering cross-functional / transversal transformation programmes
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to remain hands-on when needed
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience with architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
- Exposure to modern retail platforms (eCommerce, POS, ERP, cloud ecosystems)
