They are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape and govern the overall technology landscape across applications, infrastructure, data, and digital platforms.

You’ll play a key role in defining architectural standards, driving modernisation initiatives, and ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof enterprise systems.
Your Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap
- Align business strategy with technology capabilities across the organisation
- Establish architectural governance, standards, and best practices
- Drive modernisation initiatives across core insurance platforms
- Oversee application, data, infrastructure, and integration architecture
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
- Provide architectural oversight for transformation programmes
- Engage with C-level stakeholders and senior business leaders
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect within large enterprise environments
- Strong background in financial services or insurance
- Experience developing enterprise-wide architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Strong understanding of application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture
- Experience driving digital transformation and legacy modernisation
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic communication skills
- Experience with core insurance platforms (policy administration, claims, underwriting systems)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks within financial services
- Familiarity with cloud transformation strategies
- Experience working in multi-vendor, complex enterprise environments
- Strategic, high-visibility role within a leading Insurance organisation
