As the Valuations Director with a focus on tax, you will:
- Develop and build long-lasting relationships with organisations in particaular HMRC and other tax authorities in overseas juristications
- Manage your own tasks, as well as collaborate with others and communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.
- Manage a portfolio and will be responsible for the timely completion and quality delivery of engagements.
- Support the Partner with project work, build excellent relationships, initiate and deliver marketing and business development projects and work with the senior members of the Regional Valuation Team in developing the business.
- Deliver comprehensive technical valuation analyses for a tax purposes. You’ll effectively manage your team during engagements and ensure they are developed, providing coaching.
You’ll be someone who has:
- A professional qualification; CTA, ACA, CFA, or equivalent.
- Significant Tax experience at a senior level gained within professional services
- A proficiency in a number of valuation techniques
- Adept interpreting financial statements in the context of valuations.
- Strong business writing, analytical and excel modelling skills.
- A proven track record in leadership, of managing and developing teams.
- Effective communication skills, who builds trust and respect amongst senior leadership team
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of the internal and external drivers of value for a given asset.
