Mobile Application Development Manager | Madrid| Hybrid working

We are recruiting on behalf of a global FMCG organisation for a Mobile Application Development Manager to join a growing technology team based in Madrid. This role sits at the centre of a business-critical mobile application used daily by a large sales and marketing teams. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on delivery in a collaborative, international environment.

The role
You will act as the technical owner of a custom mobile application, supporting day-to-day stability while driving continuous improvement and new feature delivery. Working closely with product owners, security teams, and external technology partners, you will help shape the future of the mobile platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for the mobile application and supporting Azure services
• Manage incidents, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ongoing maintenance
• Design and deliver new features and enhancements in line with business needs
• Provide hands-on development and coordinate offshore development teams
• Support UAT, releases, and ongoing application performance

What we are looking for

• Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Extensive experience in software and mobile application development
• Strong knowledge of NET MAUI, C#, SQLite, API integration, and modern mobile frameworks
• Experience working with Azure cloud services and DevOps tools
• Confident communicator with experience working in multinational teams
