Data & AI Solution Architect

We're looking for an experienced Data & AI Solution Architect to drive the evolution of a large-scale enterprise data platform while accelerating the adoption of Agentic AI across the organisation. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll shape architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and ensure data and AI capabilities deliver measurable business value.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where you'll shape architecture decisions, guide engineering teams, and ensure data and AI capabilities deliver measurable business value.
Joining a highly skilled international Data & AI team, you'll work across modern cloud technologies, advanced analytics platforms, and emerging AI solutions to create secure, scalable, and future-ready architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the architecture roadmap for enterprise data platforms, lakehouse environments, and customer data solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and governed data architectures across ingestion, processing, storage, and analytics layers.
- Define how Agentic AI capabilities integrate with existing data platforms, enterprise systems, APIs, and business processes.
- Establish standards for AI governance, security, compliance, monitoring, and operational excellence.
- Provide architectural leadership, technical mentoring, and hands-on guidance to data and AI engineering teams.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable technical solutions.
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Data Architect, or similar architecture leadership role within enterprise environments.
- Strong background in data engineering, lakehouse architectures, and platforms such as Snowflake and Databricks.
- Advanced expertise in Python, SQL, data modelling, and enterprise data integration patterns.
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications and data ecosystems.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including orchestration, tool integration, governance, and lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of data security, access control, compliance, and governance frameworks such as GDPR.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
