I'm currently working with a global organisation that is investing heavily in its data and AI capabilities and is looking to add a Data Engineer to its growing practice.
This is an opportunity to join a team responsible for building and supporting large-scale data platforms that underpin analytics, customer intelligence, digital products and business-critical decision-making. You'll work with modern cloud technologies, develop scalable data pipelines, and help drive the evolution of a highly sophisticated data environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration solutions.
- Build and enhance data products that support analytics, reporting and business decision-making.
- Develop solutions for processing and managing large data volumes across multiple platforms.
- Integrate new data sources and support evolving business requirements.
- Contribute to automation initiatives and AI-enabled data engineering capabilities.
- Collaborate with data, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
- Support DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve platform reliability, deployment processes and overall performance.
Required Experience
- Experience in Data Engineering, Data Operations or a similar role.
- Strong Python development skills.
- Advanced SQL knowledge and understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and working with large datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Spark or PySpark.
- Exposure to Snowflake and cloud-based data platforms.
- Knowledge of Azure is advantageous.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and software engineering best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
