Key Responsibilities
- Direct the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programmes, ensuring objectives are met within agreed timescales and budgets.
- Establish programme governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery plans.
- Coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies across technology and business teams.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme momentum.
- Manage external suppliers and consulting partners where required.
- Ensure initiatives align with the organisation's cyber security strategy, regulatory obligations, and business priorities.
- Support organisational change by promoting effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout programme delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in programme management processes and delivery practices.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale Cyber Security or Information Security programmes.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise environments.
- Strong background in programme governance, planning, budgeting, and resource management.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on programme delivery.
