About the Opportunity Our client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Programme Manager to oversee the successful delivery of strategic cybersecurity initiatives across the organisation. Working closely with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners, you will ensure security programmes are delivered efficiently while supporting the organisation's broader digital transformation objectives.

This role is well suited to a seasoned programme manager with strong governance experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a complex enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programmes, ensuring objectives are met within agreed timescales and budgets.
  
  
• Establish programme governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery plans.
  
  
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies across technology and business teams.
  
  
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, providing regular updates on programme progress, risks, and key decisions.
  
  
• Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain programme momentum.
  
  
• Manage external suppliers and consulting partners where required.
  
  
• Ensure initiatives align with the organisation's cyber security strategy, regulatory obligations, and business priorities.
  
  
• Support organisational change by promoting effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout programme delivery.
  
  
• Drive continuous improvement in programme management processes and delivery practices.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience managing large-scale Cyber Security or Information Security programmes.
  
  
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within enterprise environments.
  
  
• Strong background in programme governance, planning, budgeting, and resource management.
  
  
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and steering committees.
  
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on programme delivery.
