Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, map and redesign end-to-end business processes to support strategic objectives.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, uncover pain points and define future state processes.
- Produce high quality documentation including process maps, user stories and business requirements.
- Testing & Quality Assurance
- Conduct high level information modelling.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology and Change teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend data driven improvements.
- Support delivery teams throughout implementation, UAT and post-deployment review.
- Champion BPMN best practices and help drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within BPM or a process-focused environment.
- Strong process modelling skills (BPMN preferred).
- Experience running workshops and gathering detailed business requirements.
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and actionable insights.
- Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Archimate
- Strong understanding of UML
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
