We're partnering with a renowned European law firm, looking for a Lawyer from a Credit and Lending environment to join their growing team in Belgium.

Responsibilities:
- Advising businesses on a variety of complex financial structures, and credit and lending transactional matters.
- Draft, review and negotiate facility agreements, security documentation etc.
- Manage end-to end cross-border transactions, internationally for leading financial institutions.
- Foster a collaborative approach internally across the business and to clients.
Requirements:
- You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, qualified to practice law in Belgium.
- 2+ years experience in banking and finance law, preferably in a renowned law firm.
- As either a native Dutch or French speaker with a strong understanding of the other language.
- You’re fluent in English.
