I am currently recruiting an experienced AI Security Manager to lead the secure and responsible deployment of AI capabilities for our client. This role sits at the intersection of security, risk and innovation, ensuring that AI systems are governed, resilient and aligned with regulatory expectations

Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain AI security policies aligned with recognised frameworks such as NIST and ISO
  • Conduct AI risk assessments covering ethical, legal and privacy considerations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including the EU AI Act and data protection standards
  • Establish and enforce controls across the full AI lifecycle from data ingestion to model deployment and inference
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to embed secure-by-design principles
  • Identify and mitigate risks, including adversarial attacks, model inversion and data poisoning
  • Implement secure MLOps practices, including model versioning, integrity validation and pipeline security
  • Develop threat models for AI systems, such as large language models and predictive analytics platforms
  • Lead red teaming exercises focused on adversarial AI and misuse scenarios
  • Monitor emerging AI threats and continuously improve the security posture


Requirements
  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, Data Science or a related field
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CRISC are highly desirable
  • Strong experience in cybersecurity, risk management or security architecture ro
  • Proven expertise in governance, risk and compliance framework
  • Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning environments and data platforms
  • rmsDeep understanding of the AI lifecycle, MLOps and AI-specific threats such as prompt injection and model leakage
  • Familiarity with cloud security, APIs and data protection in distributed systems
  • Experience in threat modelling, incident response and resilience planning
  • Ability to design risk-based control frameworks and clearly communicate business impact
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
