Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance? We are looking for an Enterprise Architect – GRC to join our team in Brussels and lead the integration of GRC principles into enterprise-wide architecture and transformation initiatives.
About the Role As an Enterprise Architect – GRC, you will bridge business strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance frameworks. You will ensure that risk management, compliance, and control requirements are structurally embedded into organizational processes, systems, and operating models.
You will work closely with executive leadership, risk and compliance functions, IT, and security teams to design sustainable, scalable, and audit-ready governance structures.
Your Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise GRC architecture strategy and roadmap
• Align governance, risk, and compliance frameworks with enterprise architecture
• Design target operating models integrating GRC across business and technology domains
• Ensure regulatory, risk, and control requirements are embedded by design in transformation programs
• Lead architecture reviews from a governance and risk perspective
• Harmonize policies, controls, and reporting structures across the organization
• Support selection and implementation of GRC tooling and platforms
• Advise senior leadership and boards on governance maturity and risk posture

Your Profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, GRC, risk management, or related domains
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and GRC frameworks
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, public sector, critical infrastructure)
• Solid knowledge of internal controls, risk management methodologies, and compliance processes
• Experience with GRC platforms and integrated risk management tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English (French or Dutch is an asset)
