This is a greenfield, "everything automation" role where you'll have the autonomy and space to implement grade A services into production, whilst scaling a team into maturity.
You will be supporting a team over seeing the support of 100 developers, all provided with their own unique tech stacks.
Your role will include:
- Providing both leadership and subject expertise to development and implementation teams who are building cloud-native services/solutions that include the data integration platform and the cloud migration of existing workloads.
- Leading in the architecture, design, evaluation, testing, and prototyping of the cloud-native services, providing proactive guidance, and mentoring of technical teams.
- Supporting the establishment of engineering standards and the creation and capturing of implementation patterns across the teams.
- Assisting in the development of engineering standards and their implementation across different teams.
- Collaborating closely with the Lead architects and product or service owners responsible for developing and maintaining the Service portfolio roadmap and backlog.
