Join my leading global tech consultancy  client who is transforming businesses worldwide. They are looking for a talented and motivated Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team based in London.
This role offers the perfect balance of flexibility and responsibility, ideal for a highly organised and personable individual with strong administrative skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage and maintain sales documentation, CRM systems, and client records.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and improve workflow.
Must-Have
  • Strong administrative experience, preferably in a sales or tech environment.
  • Intelligent, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Personable and professional with exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
