Our client, an investment bank in Amsterdam, is searching for a (Senior) IT Engineer skilled in Microsoft 365 to join their Collaboration Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a global team by enhancing and maintaining essential IT tools and solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain a variety of collaboration tools and solutions for both cloud-based and on-premise environments.
• Integrate and optimize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Server, with a focus on compatibility with third-party security products.
• Collaborate closely within a scrum team to ensure smooth implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Maintain a high standard of security across all collaboration tools, supporting robust user access and data protection.

Skills you bring to the table

• Expertise in Microsoft Exchange Server, including setup, migration, troubleshooting, and third-party integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph and experience with Microsoft Intune (including Conditional Access policies).
• Ability to manage configuration profiles, compliance policies, and Intune enrollment scenarios independently.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and log interpretation in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Fluent in English, with a proactive approach to teamwork and knowledge sharing.
