Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering exceptional IT services in a dynamic financial services environment? My leading financial services client in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior IT Service Delivery Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services, managing vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement across the IT service landscape. You will leverage your expertise in ITIL v4, ServiceNow, and Microsoft technologies to ensure seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the delivery of IT services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and ITIL best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and performance is optimised.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AAD), Intune Endpoint Manager, and Microsoft Active Directory.
• Manage Citrix Virtual Desktop, Citrix Workspace, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop environments.
• Utilise PowerShell and command-line tools for scripting, troubleshooting, and automation in Windows environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows operating systems and the Microsoft 365 Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote).
• Apply network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, proxies, Wi-Fi, VoIP, 802.1x protocol) to troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the IT Service Management (ITSM) framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of IT services.
Must-Have:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management, preferably within the financial services sector.
• ITIL v4 certification is essential.
• Proven experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of MS Azure Active Directory (AAD), Intune Endpoint Manager, and MS Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Desktop, Citrix Workspace, and Microsoft Virtual Desktop.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, command-line tools, and scripting in Windows environments.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls, proxies, Wi-Fi, VoIP, 802.1x protocol).
• Expertise in troubleshooting MS Windows operating systems and the MS 365 Suite.
• Excellent vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to IT service delivery.
