You will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the bank's privileged access systems, safeguarding sensitive data, and mitigating risks associated with privileged accounts.
Key Skill and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure critical systems and data.
- Monitor and audit privileged account activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses related to privileged access.
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for privileged account management.
- Provide technical support and training to internal teams on PAM tools and processes.
- Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies in the PAM space to recommend proactive security measures.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the bank’s overall security strategy.
Must-Have:
- Proven experience as a Privileged Access Management Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or equivalent.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, SOX) and their implications for privileged access management.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender are a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch language skills are preferred.
