I am partnering with a leading banking client based in The Hague to recruit a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Specialist. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site. You will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of the bank's privileged access systems, safeguarding sensitive data, and mitigating risks associated with privileged accounts. 
 
Key Skill and Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure critical systems and data.
  • Monitor and audit privileged account activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate PAM solutions with existing infrastructure.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses related to privileged access.
  • Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and best practices for privileged account management.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal teams on PAM tools and processes.
  • Stay updated on emerging threats and technologies in the PAM space to recommend proactive security measures.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the bank’s overall security strategy.
 
Must-Have:
  • Proven experience as a Privileged Access Management Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, SOX) and their implications for privileged access management.
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CyberArk Defender are a plus.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch language skills are preferred.
