Delivery Lead

Salary: £60k + 15% bonus


My global Tech client is looking for a Delivery Lead to join their growing team, reporting into the Delivery Manager based in London or Manchester.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management delivery in Agile to ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects.
  • Work to deliver a wide range of both technical and non-technical projects on time and at a level that meets stakeholder expectations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the delivery teams.
  • Utilise Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery efficiency and responsiveness to changing requirements.
  • Oversee the Change Management in an adaptable way with approach to time, scope and resource changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to optimize project delivery in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure effective communication between stakeholders, teams, and leadership.

 

Requirements:

  • 3yrs + demonstrable experience of Agile Delivery and Project Management of technical and business deliverables.
  • Proven experience as an Agile Delivery Lead in E-Commerce or related industry.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
  • Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
