Your role
- Bridge the gap between the business and IT and ensure technical solutions are aligned and fruitful
- Deliver value to the organization with your creative thinking, stakeholder management and technical and business acumen
- You work in close collaboration with Business and Technical stakeholders / Architects / Solution Engineers to understand the requirements
- Translate business requirements and Identify areas for improvement and automation
- Give workshops / knowledge sessions / inspire (you get guidance if needed!)
Your skillset / your experience
- Solid understanding of (insurance) business processes, process mapping, and requirements gathering
- You've experience with stakeholder management, and feel comfortable talking to technical teams
- Your technical knowledge: experience with SQL querying, data integration techniques and database concepts
