Internal Audit Manager – Professional Practices
Our client, a prominent global manufacturing company, is in search of an adept Professional Practices Audit Manager to join their team in Dublin. Reporting directly to the Audit Director, you will hold a crucial position in enhancing performance and fostering growth by refining the operational, financial, and IT controls, as well as risk management within the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and taking ownership of internal reporting, ensuring data quality and timely presentation of key metrics.
  • Constructing dashboards to exhibit the achievement of operational, personnel, training, and other essential metrics.
  • Advocating for continuous improvement initiatives, performance measurement, and benchmarking practices.
  • Reviewing existing internal standard operating procedures and recommending enhancements, while supporting the implementation of new endeavours.
  • Contributing to the management of department budget and financial reporting.
 
Requirements:
  • Possession of a relevant Professional qualification.
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and engage with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, problem-solving, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, coupled with adept negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills.
  • Proven experience in managing, nurturing, and mentoring a diverse, high-performing team.
  • Over 8 years of progressive audit experience, including managerial or higher-level roles.
  • Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, ACL, Alteryx) for data analysis and visualization.
