My leading, global Manufacturing FTSE 100 Client is on the search for a highly experienced IT Audit Manager to join their growing Internal Audit Team. This is a Hybrid-Role based in Dublin.

Responsibilities of IT Audit Manager:

  • Drive and lead key projects to achieve defined objectives.
  • Lead IT teams to ensure the completion of assignments on the audit plan, collaborating with the IT Manager, Global IT Senior Manager, and IA Leadership.
  • Evaluate the IT internal control environment to ensure proper controls and processes are in place and operational.
  • Review audit findings, recommendations, and corrective actions with relevant management and executives.
  • Promote opportunities within the function actively.
  • Offer real-time coaching to others.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to develop team members across functional teams and recommend developmental activities and stretch assignments.
  • Continue the development of specialist technical knowledge around IT auditing; keeping up to date with the latest technology.

Essential skills:
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in IT Audit, gained in either a professional practice or corporate environment (ideally Big 4).
  • At least 5 years of leadership and people management experience, operating at the manager level.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrates strong project management skills, excelling in prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Experience in SOX 302 or 404 IT controls implementation and review.
  • Knowledge of major ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Preferably Bachelors or Masters Degree (or equivalent).
  • Relevant Professional qualifications (i.e CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Power BI).
  • Technical accreditations (e.g. MCSE, MCSD, SAP Hana).
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-40% as part of the role.
