Responsibilities:
- You have a broad profile with an understanding of knowledge architectures, agile software development and modern data architectures, such as the Data Mesh.
- You are part of the IT department and work together with multiple software development teams.
- You are providing direction and setting up an organization in the areas of knowledge, policy and business value.
- Translate between the business domain and the IT domain.
- Know how to involve your stakeholders with the right interventions, strategies and guidelines.
- Inspire, coach and create support among the parties involved, including the business.
- You are a sparring partner for the teams, Solution Architects, Product Owners and Business Leads.
- You have an eye for sustainable and workable IT solutions.
Requirements:
- An academic / HBO education and work level
- You speak and write excellent Dutch
- 10 years of experience in IT
- 3 years of experience in a similar role with visible results
- You are able to develop and propagate a vision
- Developing in methodologies such as domain driven design, design thinking, modern knowledge/data architectures and Agile ideas
