Business & Reporting Manager 


£50-55k per annum 

Apollo Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Business & Reporting Manager with experience within the Regulatory Compliance space. 

This client is a large European bank working across various European countries and are looking for an experienced Business & Reporting Manager with an understanding of the Regulatory Compliance environment effecting a bank operating in various locations. 

You will come from an financial services background, ideally an European bank or big four consultancy background with experience in Regulatory Compliance Advice, Financial Crime, Business Management & Reporting and Compliance Monitoring & Testing. 

Your responsibilities: 

+ Coordination and oversight support to Head of Business Management who's in charge of the Compliance Plan across Region Europe 
+ Ensuring timely and efficient MI reporting across Region Europe including trend analysis and emerging risks forecasting 
+ Support of delegated business ownership processes with respect to the compliance-owned systems 
+ Administration support of London-based management accounts 
+ Provide active support on various Compliance and ad-hoc initiatives 
+ Active contribution towards delivery of key Group/Regional Compliance existing and future initiatives and project management 
+ Provision of active oversight, including progress tracking of all relevant audit findings, management action points, internal and external reviews and risk assessments 
+ Coordination support of training dialogue ensuring engagements of relevant SMEs 

Essential Skills/Experience: 

+ Awareness of the key products and services offered by a Bank, the market environment, as well as the overall purpose and strategic objectives of a Bank 
+ Good knowledge of regulatory frameworks 
+ Excellent Project Management Skills 
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills 
+ Strong analytical skills 
+ Strong change management skills and ability to implement change 
+ Able to quickly develop and make use of personal credibility to communicate complex issues simply and compellingly
